Includes invoices from 1891-1892 for plumbing, masonry, foundry and other metal work, carpentry, and cement work at Henry Clay Frick's Pittsburgh residence (Clayton). Bills are approved by F.J. Osterling. Materials dating from 1896-1897 include summaries of expenses, a statement from A. Overholt & Co., and invoices for a 12-volume edition of the complete works of Robert Burns.
