WELCOME TO THE FRICK COLLECTION ARCHIVES
About this Site
The Archives' mission is to document, preserve, and make available historical records of The Frick Collection and Frick Art Reference Library (now the Frick Art Research Library), personal papers of the Frick family, and archival collections in the areas of art history, scholarship, and collecting. This site allows users to search and browse our finding aids, which are descriptive inventories of archival collections.
To explore our finding aids, enter your search term(s) in the box above, or browse by title, subject, name, or collection category using the navigation bar. Terms may be truncated using an asterisk (e.g. photo* searches for photo/s, photograph/s, and photography), and additional terms can be added to your search by clicking the "+" icon.
For digitized archival materials, please visit Frick Digital Collections.
