Subseries III: Finished Matters, 1907-1921, undated

This subseries contains envelopes that formerly housed documentation on Frick's personal and business matters, including investments, real estate transactions, membership in clubs, societies, and other organizations, contributions to family members and charitable organizations, art purchases, and service contracts. Envelopes frequently bear notes including a description of the matter at hand, action taken, payments made, and how the matter was resolved. In nearly all cases, the documentation was removed from the envelopes and filed elsewhere among Henry Clay Frick's papers. For missing envelopes, many can be found among Subseries II: Unfinished Matters.
