Folder contains correspondence with M. Knoedler & Co., Charles Carstairs, E.L. Knoedler, and Joseph Duveen, accounts payable voucher (No. 8980), clipping announcing Frick's acquisition, and red envelope (No. 159), along with items from Bill Book No. 2 and the Red Book. Voucher reflects credit for Maris's "The Bridge." Other paintings mentioned include "Hon. Mrs. Watson" by Gainsborough, "Portrait of Mr. Snyders" and "Portrait of Mrs. Snyders" by Van Dyck, "Mortlake Terrace" by Turner, "Christ Driving out the Merchants from the Temple" by El Greco, and "Salisbury Cathedral" by Constable.
