Invoices, correspondence, provenance information, telegrams and newspaper clippings glued into the volume. Contains an index. Works of art are cross-referenced to the page numbers of their entries in the Red Book (described above). Generally chronological, but with some documents out of date order. Bulk concerns purchases made from 1895-1898. Also documents purchases of 1881, 1887, and 1888, and includes one letter from 1900. Correspondents include Jules Breton, Charles Carstairs and Roland Knoedler of M. Knoedler & Co., Jean Charles Cazin, Francis Davis Millet, and Arthur Tooth of Arthur Tooth & Sons.
