Series II: Gardens and Grounds

Items in this series, dating from 1905-1922 and undated, include specifications, estimates, contracts, and correspondence regarding work by Ernest W. Bowditch and D. Linehan & Son, which ranged from the construction of outbuildings to grading, fencing, and the establishment of a poultry plant on the estate. Other matters addressed in this series include the ongoing maintenance of the grounds, payment of bills, and staffing.
